Do you offer FREE Shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE shipping for all orders over $100 for delivery within Australia and FREE shipping for all orders over $200 for New Zealand.

Please note for international orders, all VAT and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our 3D Printed products are printed in-house and are generally made to order. Accordingly, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be printed and dispatched.

Australia Post advise typical shipping timeframes as the following:

Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3+ business days.
International: We need more information from you to advise a delivery time.

Do you offer LOCAL PICKUP for my order?

Yes, we offer pick up of any orders from our workshop and factory in Hawker, ACT. Once your order is packed and fulfilled, you will receive an email notification when it is ready for pick up.

Pick up orders can be collected by arrangement between 9-5pm Monday to Friday. Excluding Public Holidays.
