If you’ve got an ebike, you probably struggle applying lube to your chain. The chain doesn’t move when you turn the crank backwards so we’ve designed a gadget that makes that possible.
Meet Hans Gruber ebike luber. Yah… is Good!
Strap Hans to your driveside crank and slide the plunger pin so that it interfaces with your chainring, then slowly wind the cranks backwards. Lube your chain as you do this and you're sweet.

Which Size?
Some chainrings are positioned further from the crank arm face meaning the plunger needs to be longer. The Our Standard tool will interface with chainrings with a centre about 30mm from the crank face. Our XL tool will interface with chainrings with a centre about 45mm from crank face.
Will this tool work with my cranks?
This tool is designed to work with flat face crank arms like the one featured in the photos. A flat face allows the plunger to interface with the cranks at the correct angle. If your cranks feature a significant shape change (i.e. curve outward) near the spindle then this tool may not be suitable. If in doubt, please contact us for advice.
