MEET BARRY Barry the eBarrow is the modern take on the classic wheelbarrow. Barry features a powerful electric assist motor that serves to reduce fatigue on your workers as well as keeping productivity high. Challenging terrain is no impediment – trail builders, landscapers, building sites and even around the depot. The motor is powered by two 18V tool batteries (Makita) so you don't have to worry about another dedicated battery system and the hassle and delay of charging on the go. The fact that almost every tradie has a bunch of batteries in the shed, ute or van makes this decision a no-brainer. Materials handling just got a whole lot easier!
MOTOR: The motor features a 30:1 gear reduction providing high torque, low draw, 3 forward speeds and 1 reverse. The top speed is pretty much a trot so you won't be a slouch.
TUB: We've chosen to run with a narrow 65L tub to address the propensity for people to overfill their barrow and create havoc for themselves trying to navigate uneven ground trying to look good while moving a load they can’t handle. Own it. More trips with electric power means you are quicker with less and can make far more trips!
COMPLETE or DIY KIT: Available as a complete barrow or DIY electrification kit. Batteries not included. MOTOR KIT includes wheel motor, wheel motor mounting brackets, motor controller, throttle (bar mounted), Forward/Reverse switch (bar mounted), tool battery mounts and wiring.
